At NOAH Property Management, we understand that large security deposits can be a financial burden. To ease that burden, we offer a Deposit Alternative Program that provides an affordable, flexible solution for our future residents.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT ALTERNATIVE?
The deposit alternative is a monthly, non-refundable payment that replaces the traditional security deposit. The amount you’ll pay is based on your rent, typically ranging between just $26 - $40 per month!

The deposit alternative is automatically included in your monthly rent payment, so there’s no need to worry about separate billing.

Available to All Approved Applicants
There are no special eligibility requirements for the deposit alternative. It’s available to all approved or conditionally approved applicants.

Instead of a large upfront deposit, the deposit alternative allows you to spread out the cost over time with small, manageable monthly payments.
