Positive Credit Reporting

At NOAH Property Management, we believe in providing opportunities for our residents to build a strong financial future. That’s why we’ve partnered with Esusu to report on-time rent payments to credit bureaus, giving you the chance to improve your credit score simply by paying your rent on time!

• Automatic Enrollment: All residents are automatically enrolled in the positive credit reporting program with Esusu, so there’s no need to sign up.

• Positive Reporting Only: Only positive, on-time rent payments are reported to the credit bureaus. Missed or late payments will not negatively impact your credit through this program.

• Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your payments reported, you can opt out at any time by emailing rentsupport@esusu.org.
